We offer free shipping & returns within EU
Typical delivery times:
Sweden: 1–3 business days ( DHL, PostNord)
Europe: 3–7 business days ( PostNord, DHL, FedEx, UPS)
Norway: 3-5 business days ( PostNord, UPS, FedEx, DHL) Free delivery above 120 €
UK: 3-5 business days ( Royal mail, UPS, FedEx, DHL) Free delivery above 120 €
International : 6-10 days (DHL EXPRESS, FedEx, UPS)
If you experience any delays with your delivery (in the case that we haven’t informed you of any extended delivery time), please let us know by email: info@howardlondon.eu
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you via email. You can then choose to schedule a new delivery time from when the item is in stock, or if processing of your order has not been completed, to cancel the purchase. There is no fee for such a cancellation, since the order will be halted before delivery. If we do not receive a response within two days, we will send the ordered goods once they are in stock.
TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS
For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your countries governing laws in order to clear customs. All orders are sent out from our EU Warehouse based in Sweden.
RETURNS
All products purchased from howardlondon.eu are eligible for return to us for a period of 14 days from the time you receive your order.
Fill in the form with which products you like to return. Then add the card with the products in the return package. Carefully pack the products in the carton and attach the return shipping label on the outside of the package, be sure to cover the old label. Submit the return package to the nearest postal agent. Always ask for a submission receipt.
Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via Klarna. The refund/credit for your purchase will be completed within 14 days.
We reserve the right to deduct from the refund a sum equal to the depreciation in value of the product after its use or damage, compared with the original value of the new product.
If you do not collect the package before it is returned to us, you will be charged a handling fee of 35 €. This fee includes costs for return shipping, administration and handling. The remaining order value will be refunded to you via the payment method used for the purchase.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
All items purchased from howardlondon.eu or an Authorized Full-Price Retailer are protected by an extended five-year warranty. We are more than happy to handle repairs for issues resulting from company acknowledged/approved manufacturing defects within this five-year period, free of charge. Repair inquiries should be directed to our support team. Typical turn-around time for repairs is 14 to 30 business days.
Please email info@howardlondon.eu to submit a request to our Customer Support team. Once your request is received, a team member will reach out to you within one business day with information on how to send your merchandise back to us for repair.
Please note, it may be necessary to provide proof of purchase and / or photographs of your item in order to confirm that your repair request is covered by our policy.
INTERNATIONAL REPAIRS & WARRANTY

Any issues with merchandise currently located outside the US will require case-by-case consideration to determine the best way for us assist you.
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes the (name of eTailer/supplier) to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that (name of the eTailer/supplier) may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
